Restaurant: Cha Thai (Kai Tin Shopping Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 茶泰已經食過幾次,但最近兩次都要受職員氣,決定以後唔會再去,希望比考慮緊黎呢間餐廳既人睇一睇。首先餐廳非常擠逼。枱同枱之間爭啲連人都過唔到。就算後場好多位,職員都安排客人逼晒去前面先。其實餐廳又唔係大,員工要睇埋後場真係有咁困難?另外11月初去個時,職員落單態度已經好惡劣,無禮貌極度不耐煩,無放客人在眼內。叫生菜包,一名扎辮既女員工望都無望客就好惡咁話:無!叫無糖可樂配青檸又係好惡咁:無!好唔耐煩咁叫我「你咪就咁叫無糖可樂囉!」我問咁無糖可樂配其他野得唔得,佢大大聲「嘖」左一聲後同同事話「個客死都要咁配」,呢啲係正常態度?做食肆應該要係客面前咁講嘢?12月初再去一次打算食中午,員工話1130先有中午,我哋1120去到竟然唔比我哋入。問我地食早餐定午餐,我哋話午餐,佢叫我哋行多兩個圈先好黎。我忍唔住問 你咁多枱無人,點解唔可以入嚟?唔通我唔可以食午餐以外既野唔可以叫餐牌食物?佢竟然話我入咗去 佢哋就無得做早餐既客。難道我哋唔係客?重點係佢個場都無乜人食嘢大把空枱,竟然怪我哋準備幫襯既人霸左佢啲枱。疫情之下好多餐廳都改善態度改善質素,茶泰最基本既食物又提供唔到,態度又提供唔到,咁多餐廳不斷

首先餐廳非常擠逼。枱同枱之間爭啲連人都過唔到。就算後場好多位,職員都安排客人逼晒去前面先。
其實餐廳又唔係大,員工要睇埋後場真係有咁困難?

疫情之下好多餐廳都改善態度改善質素,茶泰最基本既食物又提供唔到,態度又提供唔到,咁多餐廳不斷upgrade既同時,其實真係無必要揀間咁差既餐廳去受氣。
