To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馥苑有返咁上下歷史，飲茶正就出晒名，裝修後保持新、靚裝潢，無特別追求創新派飲茶，而繼續做好自己舊港式飲茶，精美點心，絶對水滾茶靚堅持唔搭枱，等就等耐啲但坐同飲都舒服啲食物種類好多，坦白講大部分都好味，唔會為推出新野而夾硬推餃好好味既，多多都食到係咪有質素既茶樓，飲啖茶已經知啲，有無洗茶葉同茶葉已經知間茶樓有無心，馥苑當然係正野先叫左碟叉燒，有驚喜主要係瘦肉但滑而肉質幾唔錯，皮燒得香，汁唔會太濃，讚再黎蝦餃皇，中小型，皮通透、緊緻，入口都薄身，蝦味幾濃，同荀絲夾得幾好幾出色既，直情想自己食一籠接著有個腐皮卷，入口脆而料好味，外脆內滑口感唯一係個皮太油，索一索先上碟就無事鮮蝦西菜餃，明顯因爲要五個字內而無左個洋字，餃內豬肉比蝦多，但西洋菜同豬肉好夾好好味，質感小小相反都幾特別皮薄，好有滿足既感覺係唯一重味左啲再叫左瑤柱豆苗餃，個樣同西菜餃九成似，餃入面較多蝦，同重味既豆苗好夾，大廚係好細心去設計而唔係咩菜咩餃都係個個餡、個個味仍然係皮薄，充滿滿足既感覺，調味比西菜餃更適中之後到勞蘇食推介 —— 鮮菇棉花雞一上枱已香氣撲鼻，棉花係用魚肚而唔係豬皮，質地滑溜有口感，唔削唔薄，好正份量亦好足，唔
