To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這一天我們來到旺角串爆食特別嘅串燒😊 食物選項好多，目不暇給除咗串燒食物，仲有湯麵、乾麵、小食等等店員把我們點的食物串燒好後，再放入大碗湯內浸泡，讓各項食物吸收湯汁味道其中我哋比較喜愛嘅食物包括：😊單骨雞翼好香，肉質好滑，食得又方便，味道香濃，有微微辛辣，鹹香味出色😊黑胡椒腸黑胡椒味道好出，有少少辣，好惹味😊成都小香腸呢款香腸比較少見，都幾得意，似超級迷你版嘅臘腸，味道香濃，有咬口😊豆卜、腐皮、百頁結等等嘅豆類製成品吸收晒湯汁，好入味😊翠玉瓜、冬瓜、粟米、薯仔好吸到湯味，健康之選小食及麵食等等方面我哋比較喜愛：😊棒棒雞及青瓜棒棒雞除咗有雞肉、仲有青瓜絲、芝麻、混合一齊食好好味，口感豐富，味道香濃，雞嘅肉質唔錯。拍青瓜好清新，酸酸地鹹鹹地，仲有芝麻油香，係開胃小菜😊牛肉麵牛肉入味，麵質好順口好好味😊老成都誰醬麵醬汁濃郁，麵質有彈性滑口，超乎意料幾好味！我哋一人食咗一碗😊冰粉晶瑩剔透好靚，好滑，另外係嘅糖水底都好清甜滋潤飲品我哋點左清熱氣選擇：夏枯草，竹蔗茅根呢餐非常滿足，每一個串串嘅食物都係一口一啖，可以每樣都試少少😊
