To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳叫做Chatterbox Express，我試咗佢哋嘅文華海南雞飯、Milo恐龍同埋檸檬薏米水，感覺真係好好味！首先講下文華海南雞飯嘅部分。啲雞肉好滑好嫩，一咬就落口，好入味又唔會太油太膩。飯粒好飽滿，仲有啲雞油同花生醬嘅香味，令味道更加豐富。配菜方面，啲青瓜同埋醃姜都好清新，啲醬汁就唔會太咸，啲酸梅醬又帶啲微微甜味，同啲雞飯一齊食真係好開胃！再嚟講下啲飲品啦，Milo恐龍係一杯好好飲嘅飲品，有啲濃郁嘅朱古力味同啲鮮奶味，再加上啲恐龍脆脆嘅，飲落去好好味，又唔會太甜。啲Milo味道好濃郁，一飲就有種幸福感。最後講下檸檬薏米水。啲薏米好滑好爽口，啲檸檬汁又帶啲微微酸味，整杯飲品都好清新。而且啲薏米又有幫助排毒同埋美白嘅功效，飲完之後感覺好健康！總括黎講，Chatterbox Express嘅文華海南雞飯好滑好入味，Milo恐龍好特別好可愛，檸檬薏米水好清新好健康，真係一間值得推介嘅餐廳！如果你鍾意海南雞飯，一定要嚟呢到試下啦！
