To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來想喺太古城食日本嘢,不過太多人冇位,經過呢間,唔使等,入咗去試吓。坐落覺得餐廳環境唔錯,打開個Menu發現全部都係搞搞新意思嘅fusion菜式。叫咗海南雞risotto、Parma ham牛肝星州炒米呢兩個主食,一個青口做前菜,之後再叫咗個甜品。青口味道幾好,不過個甜品面頭嗰啲焦糖就有啲燒燶咗,苦苦哋。海南雞risotto啲味道都唔錯,但係飯質感太軟,唔係幾似risotto。個Parma ham 牛肝星州炒米,係我認為今餐最好食嘅嘢。餐廳佈置同裝修好garden feel都幾有特色,不過如果怕蝴蝶,就要遠離個幅蝴蝶牆。
