To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野開左起碼廿年，廿年前曾經風光，獎門人啲獎品實有佢份。宜家同獎門人一樣都已成歷史喇。細細個屋企人都帶過我慕名而來，當時對小學生黎講都覺得好食。宜家家人年長了，記憶仲停留係以前，縱使一早聽聞呢間野風光不再，但有咩緊要得過家人，家人話想懷緬下咁就做孝子啦。訂左位，所以黎到帶左我地十幾人入後街。OMG.....真係一行到後面街已經嚇到食唔落環境非常惡劣，完完全全係「後欄」，你行過就望到哂個廚房環境，你企番陣就可以睇到碟刺身點誕生。後欄加啲燈飾就可以變「日本街」，留番比大媽慢慢影啦後欄門口一行十三人，嗌左啲壽司，炒烏冬炒飯，老人家拍板。都係啲老少咸宜既野食質素⋯⋯我只可以話係茶餐廳扮日本菜比咁既價錢我點解唔食好啲？老實講，如果佢平番一半我都可以順氣啲比個OK咁既價咁既衛生環境
