To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

福緣闊別一時，而家用左個新身分返黎香港仔響香港仔呢個美食荒漠，想搵d野食都幾難晚飯時間6點幾已經排左6-7枱客人，不過最後都係等到20 分鐘左右就入到去先黎個麵豉湯，以為60蚊個鰻魚飯冇湯跟，結果跟左個湯，仲要有蜆肉，個湯麵算係ok, 鰻魚飯到喇，好有誠意，60 蚊以原條上好難搵到，好唔好食好主觀但一定係抵食海膽刺身，有3板， 每板大約有3粒海膽，除左跟紫菜，仲有飯團跟，好貼心，海膽味道尚算ok, 都係果句抵食到個刺身飯到喇，呢個份量絕對有誠意，3塊三文魚，三隻甜蝦同兩片帶子！三文魚好味同埋都新鮮好大塊能夠食返以前福緣ge 味道真係好，而且勝價比高，下次可以encore ,香港仔多左個選擇
