Channel 3,坐落係太子酒吧街,成條街都係酒吧/bar restaurant,賣點不同,Channel 3走西班牙路線,食物、音樂都係會比港式酒吧多一份特色,餐廳感覺強啲,有情調,想食嘢既都幾啱餐牌當然有西班牙風食物,加啲西餐,Cocktail好似幾出名下,坐吧枱望住調酒師製作真係無得輸先上小食,居然係Nachos,好好味,仲有酸忌廉醬,高質小食即刻要飲野啦,天氣真係太熱,一坐低就想飲啤酒,睇下有咩On Tap,就算好似我咁愛IPA,夏天都係整返杯淡白麥啤,Edelweiss,好抵飲既價錢,清涼解渴Singapore Sling,Cherry味特飲咁啦,不過不差,賣相就好加分食野,和牛牛舌配莎莎醬,個配搭好好,莎莎醬令到成個小食好fresh加埋國旗好有feel,西班牙香煎蟹餅,煮法係煎炸,香脆外表,切開時入面已有海鮮味,外脆內軟,幾好味面頭加左蛋黃醬同小丸子醬,唔會太油膩帕爾馬火腿配哈蜜瓜,賣相唔錯,風乾火腿配哈蜜瓜就係西班必食風味亦係必然好味,哈密瓜都鮮,加埋酸甜既醬,如果想感受火腿同哈密瓜撞埋個味,唔加都得,自己話事香煎美國頂級肉眼扒,主菜,叫左五成,上枱好大塊,份量十足外面

帕爾馬火腿配哈蜜瓜,賣相唔錯,風乾火腿配哈蜜瓜就係西班必食風味亦係必然好味,哈密瓜都鮮,加埋酸甜既醬,如果想感受火腿同哈密瓜撞埋個味,唔加都得,自己話事香煎美國頂級肉眼扒,主菜,叫左五成,上枱好大塊,份量十足外面油香好足,切開入面粉紅色,火侯控制得非常好肉汁鎖住,肉質都好嫩,食到尾凍左都唔硬配薯蓉有驚喜,超幼滑,好味最後忍唔住叫多左杯Tequila Sunrise,賣相好靚,鮮橙味香濃,夠refreshing

成餐風味唔錯,食物好味,睇住調酒師調酒係一個唔錯既表演食物好快上,而服務態度真係超好,要讚食野傾計既話係好好既選擇,氣氛合適又舒服
