To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過中環想食辣，即刻諗起瘋狂小麵🍜中式裝修環境舒服，得獎重慶小麵麵店，由唔同調料炮製出嚟既湯麵，當然都有拌麵揀，仲有地道小食，口水已流😆瘋狂肥腸麵，紅湯，少辣加麻，上枱好大碗好紅😍唔算好辣但真係好麻，個湯麻得好正，⼀啲都唔油，好正👍🏻肥腸其實去左肥，唔會好膩，吸晒啲湯好爽好好味😋食麵！麵條彈牙有蛋味，同啲湯好夾，食到⼀半直情想加麵🥹高湯蒸蛋，每日限量既小食，中式版茶碗蒸，「飯碗蒸」🤣好多好惹味肉碎係面，個蛋滑到⼀個點😳真係有高湯，又滑又好味，加埋肉碎食仲正👍🏻超正既小食🤗整枝大啤，風味上升👻湯同麵絶對NO.1🤞🏻麵係我最愛💕必定返啅，好正既重慶小面之一，仲愈來愈多啤酒仲要價錢貼地😎🍻啤住食辣爽
