To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚做冬大魚大肉後，今日和女朋友來旺角食小食醫肚，特登嚟呢度品嚐吓久違嘅馬來風味小吃，以前在星加坡經常有得食，但回港後就鮮有機會品嘗正宗馬來特色小食了！先嚟個招牌小食-咖央多士，係必食的！但見到新出嘅夾有肉鬆，就試吓呢個新口味！外觀金黃酥脆，一啖食落，外脆內軟，咸咸的肉鬆伴住濃郁嘅椰香，咸甜交融，更加可口！跟住叫咗馬來沙爹串，我揀咗雞、牛、豬各一串，肉質鮮嫩，最正嘅係佢地特製嘅沙嗲醬，裏面嘅花生碎為幾串燒肉類增添𥩔魂！再嚟一碟玻璃魷魚炒通菜，爽脆嘅玻璃鮮魷配上爆香嘅大蒜和辣椒，錦上添花，正正係以前在馬來西亞食嘅味道！女友點咗馬來拉茶，香滑嘅泡沫點出馬來特色，但我嫌味道比較濃和偏甜，所以我揀咗一杯較為正氣嘅檸檬薏米水，清吓腸胃，這亦是我在星加坡時經常飲的！這頓小吃，食得開心，今我回憶以前在星加坡時的日子！
