To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六係葵興返學，早左到，所以食個飯先。當 openrice search 緊個陣，見到呢間有個劣評，一向包拗頸唔聽片面之詞既我當然過黎試下係咪真係講到咁差。由於兩個人，所以坐低叫左個粗炒，鍋貼，蒜泥白肉同埋雞翼。首先上檯既係鍋貼同雞翼，見到標緊煙，醒起篇劣評寫過外面係熱，但裡面係凍。兩樣試過發現雖然鍋貼個皮係淋左小小，但無入面凍既情況出現。雞翼幾好食。之從個蒜泥白肉同個粗炒上檯，份量多左d，不過算幾好。只係個粗炒略嫌鹹左小小。一路食一路傾，見差唔多夠鐘，掛住找數拎漏左個袋，老細好人嗌住跑過來拎比我地，唔該晒
