To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友在銅鑼灣逛完街，想食日本菜，見到這一間，因為時間尚早，不用等位，就去試吓。入到去，整體來說環境舒服，有日本食店純樸的味道。因為第一次去，所以樣樣都叫了一些…刺身要咗三文魚和甜蝦，好味，但我最鍾意係海膽夀司，質和量都很好，海膽非常鮮甜，我的至愛！炸物有吉列豬扒和蠔，香脆，新鮮炸起，炸漿唔係厚，豬扒有肉味。仲叫咗鹽燒秋刀魚，燒得很香，皮下的魚油很甘香。整體來說不錯，但因不餓，吃得不算多，下次有機會再去食過…
