Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 烤北京填鴨 $268: 8.5分, 最後來的, 也是這晚的重頭戲, 烤北京填鴨是也. 首先提提大家, 這裡的填鴨是即叫即烤, 要等45分鐘先有得食, 趕時間的話, 就要早一點落單了. 等足45分鐘之後, 北京填鴨上場, 既然是吃填鴨的老店, 這裡自然有專人負責去片鴨肉, 手起刀落, 兩三下手勢已經完成了.

這裡的填鴨是三吃, 分別是片皮肉, 鴨架湯以及炒鴨崧. 這裡的片皮鴨是連鴨皮帶鴨肉去片, 剛剛烤好, 鴨皮自然是相當香脆, 而鴨肉的質感也很嫩滑. 當然少不了的是用餅皮包著鴨肉, 加上醬汁及京蔥, 這個組合, 從來是無得輸的.

由於接近開場的時候了, 唯有放棄吃甜品吧. 整體來講, 北京樓的烤北京填鴨, 水準不俗, 三吃只需$268, 實在經濟抵食, 是來到這裡必吃的項目. 而北京六必居炸醬麵以及無錫灌湯小籠包也值得一試呢. 埋單每人只需$111, 一家人吃過飽, 實在是滿足的一餐.
