呢碟就係個個都話要叫嘅烤北京埴鴨,仲要係招牌菜,真係有D失望,佢個好處係唔係好肥,但係亦因為唔肥所以就唔係好夠鴨油香,如果鍾意食得健康D嘅人可能會鍾意呢度嘅北京埴鴨,不過我唔係。雞絲粉皮正常發揮,粉皮入口都滑,雞絲都嫩。乾煸四季豆都OK,夠鑊氣,份量都算大,唔會太鹹。杞子桂花糕都清甜,不過桂花味唔係好出。南翔小籠包,真係皮薄餡靚,入面好多肉汁,咬落爆汁。呢個豆腐好食,少少辣,啱晒呢D天氣食。個炒飯就一般般啦。
