To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次來到這家食店，北京填鴨是必吃的小菜。我們點了烤北京填鴨半隻，無錫罐湯小籠包，雲吞鴨湯，還有青蔥麻香雞。北京填鴨的皮和肉分開，皮烤得得脆，肉的質感有嫩也有韌也有烤出來的味道，口感也不錯。麻香雞吃起上來十分惹味，入口極佳，吃起來十分開胃，小籠包稍為遜色，沒有什麼突出，跟－般餐廳吃的差不多，也算是不過不失。這裏在於座位環境寬敞，坐得非常舒服，和朋友進餐聊天必定是其中一個好的選擇，價格算是中等，值得到來一試
