以前同朋友嘅聚會,肯定會揀食放題、打邊爐,但係年紀越大,就會越想食中菜。之前食過灣仔嘅分店,今日嚟到銅鑼灣再次品嚐佢嘅片皮鴨。👍🏻烤北京填鴨半隻嘅份量已經足夠三個人分享,油脂充份,鴨肉有肉汁,包上煙靭薄身嘅膜皮,瞬間減少油膩感,值得一讚嘅係青瓜、蔥絲、哈密瓜都係可以無限添加 !👍🏻爆火鮑魚小炒肉相當之有鑊氣嘅一碟菜式,鮑魚分割成一片片,咬落爽口,小炒肉帶點油脂香,食落亦有微微的辛口,絕對係惹味之選。👍🏻乾煸四季豆四季豆炒得唔會過份乾身,保留住四季豆應有嘅爽口,夾雜着少少欖菜同肉碎嘅鹹香,如果有埋碗白飯,真係餸飯一流~👍🏻帶子賽螃蟹餐廳烹調這道菜雖然無蟹呢個食材,但取而代之係利用帶子和蛋白炒出蟹肉嘅鮮嫩爽滑口感,雪白嘅蛋白入口滑捋捋,喜歡嘅可以沾上黑醋~👍🏻四喜烤麩只要訂座就會送上一碟豐富嘅四喜烤麩,木耳同竹筍帶嚟嘅爽脆,真係好啱夏天去品嚐,烤麩夠Sponge,食落無小編所擔心的豆腥和油耗味,作為前菜,帶點甜香確係相當開胃。茶位每位18
