To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 不過, 話說回來, 它的醬汁味道確實不錯, 鴨肉亦尚算嫩, 味道很好! 如果麵皮能再薄一點, 口感會更好。但整體水準算是很不錯了!

粉皮帶點煙韌, 口感不錯; 雞絲嫩滑, 青瓜絲爽口, 整個配搭不錯, 不過那個麻醬帶點酒味, 不沾酒的我覺得味道有少許怪, 但相信喝酒的朋友會喜歡。

本來想點小籠包, 但男友一看餐牌就嚷著要試, 同時點兩籠又吃不完, 只好二選一。
拼盤$102有10件點心, 包括蝦餃, 燒賣, 鮮蝦菜苗餃和黑松露素餃, 至於划算與否見仁見智了。

點心內的蝦肉都很爽口, 而且算是足料, 尚算不錯! 素餃內都是菇類等配料, 配上表面的黑松露, 味道不是太濃, 味道比較清淡, 普通吧!

沒甜點怎能滿足? 從來沒吃過這款甜點, 一於嚐嚐桂花拉糕吧!糕點來到時覺得賣相不太吸引, 吃時也辛苦, 拉糕死黏著碟子, 要拼命扯出來才行。拉糕是沒味道的, 要依靠表面的桂花糖帶出甜味, 桂花糖味道清甜, 整個甜點都很清新, 但拉糕過於煙韌, 口感麻麻, 整體普通。

服務和上菜速度上也需改善, 某一兩名侍應的笑容很欠奉, 而且下單和詢問時也有點沒耐性, 亦有欠清晰。上菜速度上, 每款菜都要等候約10多分鐘, 連雞絲粉皮也要等。希望店方改善改善。

總體來說這兒的食物水準大致不俗, 亦非常划算, 是次使用AE白金卡結賬, 只需半價就能吃到這頓晚餐。如果服務上也能改善, 做到賓至如歸, 定會更好。
