To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日想食北京菜,所以就嚟咗北京樓食片皮鴨😂用AE白金卡逢一至四晚2-3個人食飯,仲會有主餐牌六折!呢度查為比較貴 茶位$18,前菜$25。前菜有一碟辣辣地既雜錦拼盤,豆卜有少少辣,有麻油味,份量岩岩好!#川府水煮魚水煮魚味道嚟講辣味個人覺得啱啱好,麻辣程度適中,做得很不錯👍🏻魚肉用到石斑🐟魚片,食落好滑無骨無鱗,魚片超嫩!湯頭也做得挺香,水煮魚底下仲有好多萵筍、粉皮和枝竹,吸入麻辣湯後非常惹味🌶#烤北京填鴨等左差唔多20分鐘 隻鴨終於上黎啦,上碟見到每塊都色澤均勻,而且排列得好整齊,上到枱聞到好香而且感覺外皮超脆!每塊片皮鴨都色澤均勻 ,皮和肉的比例岩岩好,鴨皮酥脆,唔太肥,食落每一啖都充滿鴨油香,真係好好味!另外,會有一籠大概有30片左右既皮包住鴨食,薄薄既片皮鴨餅底,上枱熱辣辣,不太厚又鬆軟,質感柔軟。至於配菜,有青瓜和京蔥等配料。鴨餅會吸走片皮鴨多餘既油份,再加埋蔥同青瓜配上醬汁,一食落去就好爽,好好味,食完一舊接一舊 停吾停👅#灌湯小籠包小籠包一籠有6粒,皮薄饀靚,每一粒都好多湯汁好好味,肉既份量都好滿,最有驚喜係食既時候新鮮熱辣既小籠包都會有肉汁流出黎

#川府水煮魚
