To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食片皮鴨,去左試呢間北京樓但單點無得要半隻鴨,只能叫全隻。(二食法)Ps:落單前服務員話鴨要等45分鐘,但應該無45分鐘每塊大小都一樣,每舊都連鴨皮,冇cut開🥳配料有 京蔥、黃瓜、甜醬汁配料種類算少⋯⋯⋯肉質稍微老咗D,食得出黎!但師傅刀功還是可以的,每塊都均勻。初時擔心餅皮會唔會唔夠⋯原來係唔會唔夠 😋😋😋👍🏻餅皮唔易爛,熱辣辣,抵讚!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻第2種食法係用生菜包肉碎。d肉碎撈埋榨菜,又辣又鹹,唔好食!包埋鴨肉係咁樣⋯好怪⋯九唔搭八⋯麻辣汁唔夠辣,唔夠濃!花生太多😹😹😹DIY 左個 PIG 出黎🤣🤣🤣⭐️都係呢種包法最好食 😋 *
