早前家人生日，所以要特別為他預備慶祝，知道香港不多北歐餐廳，所以訂位試試，訂位的員工很細心，我提及家人生日，仲問我需唔需要碟邊寫上名字。當天吃了最新的set dinner menu,主菜是Venison ，員工說原來這是季節性的很少有。第一次食口感特別而且味道好好還點了Lemon sole fillet，魚很滑而dessert 點了他們介紹了最有名的甜點Daimparfait ,賣相很精美，口感像雪糕。最感動員工送上驚喜，有個小蛋糕還插上蠟燭，家人開心又感動，很多謝這位女員工細心的安排，服務非常好
