星期四早收工,就約個朋友去CWB食日本野,好難得我fd係中意食魚既(有好多fd都怕腥or怕骨)😶,就決定試下喱間,上網話烤魚出名。裏面係長型bar枱咁,大概坐到十個人,好彩早黎唔洗等位。新鮮既魚微微灑啲鹽去烤,啲甜味就會自然出來。原條kinki,聽講喱隻魚產量少所以特別貴,加上佢產於北海道,係香港可以食到真係好happy。雖然係bb,但啲肉又多又肥美,一夾起啲肉就見到油脂含量好高,再沾落啲有白蘿蔔泥既鼓油,易入口又鮮甜。之前係日本居酒屋都會點螢光魷魚🦑好中意一咬啲汁bi出黎果下,有啲爽脆感,每條都醃過所以都幾鹹下,配埋白飯岩晒。北海道花魚一夜干,外皮焦香,肉質結實啖啖肉唔怕會食到魚刺,鹹味油質都岩岩好。好推介雞泡魚干片片都好厚身,味道鹹鹹的,所以沾啲沙律醬食balance翻。表面沾滿了芝麻,上枱時熱辣辣,啲皮好酥脆,唔會話炸到皮肉分離,鹹度適中。
