成日行過呢間東海堂,都會有啲新鮮嘅蛋白撻出爐,今日又係啱啱見到佢出啦,即刻急不及待買一個蛋白撻試吓先。係蛋白撻隔離,仲見到一個北海道3.6牛乳芝士漢堡,從來都未食過呢一個芝士漢堡,決定買多一過嚟試吓。而呢一間東海堂,係仲有飲品買嘅,結果睇吓睇吓,再買一杯宇治抹茶3.6牛乳配紅豆試吓先。先講講個蛋白撻,據聞係用3.6牛乳溝埋蛋白整個蛋漿的,有好香濃嘅蛋味,而個餅底亦都係好鬆脆。跟住食個芝士漢堡,其實成個係一個凍嘅麵包,個樣脹卜卜幾得意,但個包其實味道偏譚,係食到中間嗰Pat 芝士,有啲鹹鹹地,芝士係好食嘅,亦都係成個包嘅靈魂。最後杯嘢飲,紅豆係好溶好沙嘅,唔會一粒粒好硬,配合埋綠茶嘅淡淡幽香,唔太甜,恰到好處。
