當小編跟朋友路過北角時,發現了一家專門售賣日式丼飯的店,裝潢風格頗有日式感覺,於是決定好奇地去試試他們的食物。溫泉蛋魚蓉丼 $180丼飯用了吞拿魚蓉,加上中央的溫泉蛋,看起來很吸引。丼飯有幾種吃法,除了把所有食材攪拌均勻後食用之外,可以加入醋和芥末增添風味,還配有保溫瓶裝的鮮魚湯,食用時可以將魚湯加入丼飯中,變成湯泡飯,很好地突出了丼飯的鮮味,而且暖胃。豚肉生薑燒丼 $120另一道叫做豚肉生薑燒丼飯,同樣配有溫泉蛋。溫泉蛋可以使米飯更濕潤。雖然用了生薑燒,但豚肉的生薑味並不明顯,豚肉薄切,肥瘦適中,再加上洋蔥,帶有甜味,容易入口。
