自太平館餐廳發明瑞士雞翼,經傳媒報導之後。大大小小餐廳爭相仿效,瑞士汁菜式百花齊放。經朋友介紹,今次到北角祥發,試一試佢主打嘅瑞士雞脾。知道食晏時間會大排長龍,專登係4點幾先嚟食tea,反正佢個餐係一樣價。不過一樣叫你撘枱要食雞脾,最出名係瑞士餐。配搭多變,可以配到好豐富都得。但老闆娘又會提你洗唔洗加麵,叫餐一次過叫,再叫當散叫叫咗A+B餐,雞脾係中size,冇想像咁大隻。(三多嗰隻就大喇)瑞士汁味道係似太平館,香味差少少,可惜鷄脾需然淋但鞋烚烚。呢個貪得意試下,大路味道。似pie&tart 個肉醬批味其實呢個價位算係咁喇。下午返工食lunch的確唔錯。但要食美食就唔洗專登過嚟啦。一嚟怕等位,二嚟我覺得一般姐。同類形,翠華、瑞士咖啡室唔會差得過佢囉。(以後會嘗試下加入唔同餐廳比較,希望可以多方面D,客觀D)🙏🏻大家鍾意就follow我同share 食評去Facebook la😁

要食雞脾,最出名係瑞士餐。
