To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳最近推出自家製的葡撻($10)及兩款特飲黑糖珍珠鮮奶$15、純綠妍奶蓋($15)。葡撻外皮酥脆,內層燉蛋口感軟滑,蛋味香濃。兩杯飲品上面都放上一個小茶壺,上桌時有冒出白煙的效果,打卡一流。黑糖珍珠鮮奶奶香味濃郁,口感滑順;純綠妍奶蓋表層奶蓋幼滑,綠茶味道清新。
