平常香港吃到的越南菜大多是南越或港式越南口味!難道找到一家北正宗,當然要試一試小店位於譚臣道, 裝修別緻開揚先來一份香草野菜燒牛柳沙律,燒牛柳入口香濃,牛味豐富,口感嫩滑,清新之選海防手工墨魚餅彈牙有口感,而且墨魚味濃郁香茅魚露煮活蜆的大蜆十分鮮甜新鮮,咬下去很多汁,肉質嫩而不韌,又有湯喝海防蟹肉湯金邊粉,有魚餅,豆腐卜,蝦2隻及鮮蟹肉,湯底用蝦蟹分開熬製,又香又入味,金邊粉像意大利闊條麵般有咬口入鄉隨族,要了一個新鮮椰青,白色椰肉及清甜的椰水清新解渴試了店家推薦的越南雪奶啡,濃縮一杯正宗滴滴咖啡加煉奶再用冰溝稀,充滿奶香原來北越有那麼多美食,立刻有到海防市一遊的衝動
