去到四月的第一天好像很多事情和人要懷緬,與此同時亦可以是作慶祝的一天!因為這夜我們幾條冷為辣糖補祝她遲來的生日飯。選址是我們也十分喜歡的DK1885亦即是以前在新蒲崗的北正宗,這間店子我是超級有情意結的,皆因我跟車車在哪兒有過一段很快樂美好的回憶。由新蒲崗轉戰至灣仔的DK1885我們已不是首次前來捧場,但原來已經接近兩年半沒有來探阿Ray了!甫踏進店中那份親切的感覺即時全部回來了!未開席前先品嚐沉大師帶來的日本名物香蕉蛋糕,用白酒來佐吃原來感覺很甜蜜醉人!幾天我帶了這來自支日本削Rue de Vin La Collection Les Amis Poise Sparkling梨酒,用製香檳的方法釀造而成喝下味道清香甜美,我覺得作為Dessert Wine十分匹配呢!六條冷須隔著一板但也無損興致,先來乾一杯乾一杯恭祝友誼,然後我們便可大快朵頤了哈哈!生日大餐由熟悉的蓮藕心鮮蝦沙律揭開序幕,酸香爽口的蓮藕心依舊迷人,配搭車厘茄和新鮮的沙律菜口感爽到不行,而內裡的鮮蝦更是爽彈甜美吃得我胃口大開喔!緊接著這一碟香辣香茅爆炒雞腎一致得到我們的讚賞,一粒吃下香香辣辣非常惹味,再呷一口美酒實在太享受

這次的北越街頭燒鵪鶉雖然有點失色!但非烹調味道出了問題,相信是鵪鶉貨源出了岔子,很欣賞阿Ray樂意接受客人意見,所以每次來也會吃到驚喜的菜式。

吃過前菜和肉肉後到海鮮出場了!打頭陣的是我們首次品嚐的椰汁喇沙葉煮蜆伴油條,喇沙葉在香港不易找估不到輕易在這兒吃得到!香濃的汁醬緊緊環抱著蜆肉吃下香滑而不膩,剩下的美味椰汁用油條來細意品嚐,因為絕不能辜負大廚的悉心製作。

我覺得佢個雞湯河幾有驚喜 個湯底係真係好濃雞味 但係唔會好油 D雞都好嫩 唔錯🐤不過佢另外個湯河就普通D 個湯底有D鹹 不過D雞翼即炸 好脆 好味既😌

這家店應該是我這麼多年吃過的越南菜當中最難吃的一家。看到中午時候不用排隊 而且還有很多空位就知道今次絕對是中伏了。其實這點樣裝修還可以有一點越南的風味,但首先服務已經不知所謂。點單時跟服務員說了多次他都記不住,要不斷重複又重複。我點了一碗牛肉丸牛柏葉湯河,湯底淡而無味不用說了,牛丸完全是超市冰凍的貨色。想問服務員拿點是拉差加點味道,他們連是拉差是什麼都不知道。而且沒有牙菜也沒有薄荷葉。這間越南店居然能在香港生存實在是奇葩!

海防蟹肉湯金邊粉 $108,比我想像中唔同樣,中間嘅係蟹肉,應該係喺雪櫃入面拎出嚟,因為係凍嘅,浸咗湯先冇咁凍,另有兩舊魚餅,味道OK,嗰啲豆腐卜我冇食。個湯算熱及味道OK,但食完之後成晚都口渴。嗰啲蟹肉雖然係凍,但仲聞到有蟹味。個河粉係未煮開哂,碗底夾到部分河粉仲係黐埋一齊
,即係廚師喺雪櫃拎啲河粉出嚟後,又冇用水沖番開,洗一洗,先再煮,而就咁煮都仲要煮得唔均勻。我覺得呢碗粉已感覺到餐廳唔珍惜及唔尊重客人。

餐廳俾咗一碟仔青檸檬及辣椒,朋友見到兩樣嘢已乾哂,叫我唔好食,但食湯河粉唔落啲辣椒又好似冇咁好食,佢呢度又冇其他醬料,呢幅相係我已落咗啲辣椒之後影,因為個青檸檬實在太乾,唔似一間值得客人嚟捧場嘅食店。


而家疫情令餐廳經營艱難,但仍有好多人會叫外賣,及多咗去支持小店,試吓唔同嘅餐廳。6點後冇堂食,好難做生意,但如果你有口碑,啲客人就會專登嚟試,唔可以抹殺有客人會趕嚟幫襯,我哋係想嚟支持你食店,但呢度俾我同朋友嘅感覺係,好似係我哋嚟求你俾嘢我食咁。


試過叫一間好普通又平民化嘅上海食店,不單服務好味道好,啲餸菜俾足料你,冇欺場,所以雖則係小生意,但啲客人源源不絕,不停返去幫襯。中環有一間拉麵,只賣三款麵及幾款小食,每碗過$120蚊,但真係好好食及店內衛生,感覺良好,貴得嚟都有好多人幫襯,食個麵嘅時間係好快,有啲人一個人嚟食完好快就走,睇得出係熟客。

而呢間 BK1885,即使唔講服務質素,食物水準亦唔值得收咁嘅價錢。

本身諗住喺附近食西餐,點知人太多,唔等喇因為好肚餓,最後走入一條街就搵到呢間食 PHO 嘅越南餐廳。每人各點左一個撈檬同河粉,有豬腩撈檬、燒牛柳撈檬、生熟牛肉湯河,再叫左2杯飲品清檸梳打同咸檸吉仔水,但係呢2杯無咩特別嘅飲品都唔平($38)。豬腩撈檬 $98呢個撈起上嚟都幾開胃,不過有d似比較幼身啲嘅米線,但食落都可以嘅。燒牛柳撈檬 $98個牛柳都ok,比較淋。生熟牛肉湯河 $78牛可以接受,但個湯底真係無咩味,比較清淡。總括嚟講,食物有d一般有d正常,價錢就真係貴仲要加一,真心唔抵食😕,食一個撈檬加埋一要成$108,真係唔會再去食,太貴喇。。。
