是日晚上幫友人慶生,知佢最喜歡食下中菜,就book左間同事推薦, 位於尖沙咀北京道的#匠心廚房,同事食過話環境同質素都正,咁我就跟友人去食下😉。點左個是日足料燉湯比佢飲,是無花果南北杏排骨湯,佢說足料清潤,個排骨仲好滑溜。新薯孜然焗肉排,薯仔炆得好淋,排骨肥瘦適中,味道帶點辣,加上孜然粉,令味道更加提升。翡翠花雕蒸蝦球,擺盤靚,蝦🦐大隻夠爽口,花雕蒸蛋濃稠度剛好,酒味不算太濃,但都很好吃😋。濃湯雪菜龍躉麵,清清地叫左呢個麵,有4大舊美味厚身龍躉,麵的質感軟淋,湯很夠鮮味,份量大2人食都夠。
