女友想吃酸菜魚,而 L 則想吃中菜。找到這間小店來一個雙龍匯。用龍躉做的酸菜魚片是坊間少有,雖則不及桂花魚或 鯇魚。滑溜但卻增添了份彈性,魚肉亦而且魚味更濃郁。 加入酸菜、西芹、金菇及鮮蕃茄的湯底,中和了辣味而且很健康。最底更有木薯粉很彈牙又滑捋捋。黑蒜蒸龍躉頭腩,黑蒜用自家方法令口。感更滑無澀味,籠底以荷葉墊於籠底。龍躉頭腩跟龍躉魚片有截然不同的口感,頭腩骨膠原較多入口較滑但相對多骨。以烏冬取代傳統的粉絲更是明智,盡吸乾蒜及豉椒惹味之餘亦充滿彈性。這裡有合適一家人及親戚吃飯亦合適三五知己閒話家常情侶吃中菜亦不會失禮
