專做天麩羅嘅日本料理店,今次嚟享受吓佢地嘅行政套餐。一入門口,有幅以龍為主題嘅日式壁畫,對住張開放式長桌,係Omasake店嘅指定設計,等你可以睇到職人們預備材料,有多啲互動,店面唔大,最入面係包廂。行政套餐($688加一)包括先付,前菜,特上刺身,天麩羅,合肴,食事,甜品。一道一道咁上,份量唔算多,但始終午餐時段比較忙,要預多少少時間等候。先付係以水雲加純菜啫喱,伴以山葵醋做成嘅杯裝小品,咸酸度剛好,純菜同水雲都係爽脆度高,較有咬口,再加醋酸提高食欲,係一個好好嘅開始。前菜係紅白魚糕(下),配上柿同紅白蘿蔔漬(左)同水母加細蔥酢(右),酸甜適度,裝盤亦更別緻,再加強食欲。刺身三味:甜蝦,赤身,野生油甘魚油甘魚非常鮮甜,比赤身鮮度更濃。天麩羅有甜蝦,沙追魚,瀨尿蝦,公魚,粟米芯,南瓜,配上海鹽,咖哩粉,檸檬汁,及九洲加靜江已調味蕪菁。沙追魚同瀨尿蝦都充分表現到其鮮味,肉汁亦充分保留,脆漿夠薄,如果天麩羅脆度同熱度都可加強就更為滿足。合肴為雞湯關東煮,雞湯鮮甜度充分滲入魚糕,豆腐,雞蛋內,湯底的確不俗。食事為天麩羅蝦餅飯及蕎麥麵蝦餅蝦隻數量不少,亦非常爽彈,配上日本珍珠米,滿足!蕎麥麵配
