匠心廚房係一間以粵菜為主嘅小菜館,但其實都有混合左京川滬嘅菜式迎合唔同客人嘅需要。除此之外,原來餐廳個主廚係大有來頭,佢叫做黃師傅,曾經係利苑、半島、朗廷等高級食府、五星級酒店擔任大廚多年, 相信味道係有信心嘅保證其實做拍青瓜材料好簡單,主要係需要青瓜、木耳、芝麻、蘿白絲,師傅加左陳年老醋,醋既酸味蓋過青瓜既一d臭青味,食落仲傻傻聲相信呢款菜式係呢間餐廳獨有,佢將雞翼斬開一半,再攞去炸,食落係有啲椒鹽味,小小辣辣地,相當惹味中龍躉配烏冬都真係第一次見咋,估唔到個汁用嚟送烏冬係咁好味,龍躉肉蒸嘅時間啱啱好,唔會太鞋
