我同女朋友有嚟食過幾次都尚算幾好食..例如鴨胸意粉同忌廉炸雞肉青醬長通粉好好食。個青醬個廚師就較到好入味好好,但有一日我嚟食嘢就發覺奇怪事情發生。我聽到隔離枱有位先生叫卡邦尼意粉嗰隻蛋轉炒蛋..我聽到覺得好詫異。我欣賞你地將原先嘅蛋黃轉做慢煮溫泉蛋,但有客叫轉炒蛋噃...你地咁都ok?我以為自己去左茶餐廳...常餐煎蛋變炒滑蛋...🤣🤣🤣咁無原則咁無要求嘅餐廳我都覺得詫異,可以將一個傳統意粉變成咁㗎咩?下次如果有客改做蒸蛋,係咪都照去?😰😰😰可惜我就影唔到隔離嗰位哥仔嘅炒蛋意粉,不過你地要㩒電腦check單都唔難吖..炒蛋卡邦尼意粉,真係一個對傳統意粉嘅侮辱嚟。希望認真睇清楚你自己餐廳嘅方向,究竟係做西餐廳定係做茶餐廳。希望唔好當我係同行攻擊你就得。我都好少寫食評,但真心睇唔過眼侮辱傳統🙄🙄
