To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試新野，MoMoKu呢間餐廳環境裝修都非常好樓底高，裝飾陳設餐具很用心，座位闊落座得好舒服，唔會有好侷促的感覺。星期日晚餐時段也唔需要等位，但店員態度一般，需要改善。餐牌印刷精美，另外飲品餐牌部份有半價優惠，我們兩人order了牛肉湯+韓式粉絲（地獄湯底），咖喱牛腩飯，半浴芝士焗年糕，韓風香酥炸雞，凍朱古力咖啡，凍柚子檸檬梳打。上菜速度都很快，5分鐘左右所有食品都已到齊，幾款食物味道很濃郁，但年糕過淋，炸雞非常香脆，一定要試，咖喱似泰式風格，味道香濃，薯仔是細細粒的珍珠薯仔，口感超好，餐廳提供的是珍珠米藜麥飯，有別於其他餐廳提供的白飯，感覺上更加用心，注重健康。此餐廳鄰近地鐵站，我應該會常幫襯的，另外見到有午市餐牌價錢也非常合理，門口位置有售買韓式醬汁，有興趣可以再望一望，價錢也不算太貴。
