天水圍朋友講起,屋企附近有間人氣牛扒店,牛扒香氣滿佈商場,而且長期等位,因此十分吸引。趁周末來到天水圍,想吃個豐富午餐,一於就去食下呢間牛扒店! 位於大商場的地下大堂,一進商場就聞到牛扒香氣,見到有一堆人在排隊,原來餐廳是自助形式,所以食客們自動在門外等位,每當有食客離座,店員會示意下一位食客入座,十分友善和有系統。 等位約5至10分鐘便入座,然後在櫃面點餐,可以選定食或牛扒套餐,而牛扒套餐更可以自選3款配料,包括湯/沙律/白飯/飲品/雪糕等等。牛扒有幾種部位,以重量計算,最後我點了肉眼扒,約300g,加$28配套餐選了白飯、餐湯和汽水。 點餐後,等叫號碼就到櫃枱自取,雖然下單的人很多,但效率幾高,不消幾分鐘就可以取餐! =肉眼扒 約330g ($186)=牛扒以岩盤作為盛載,岩盤溫度很高,一來繼續煎煮牛扒,自行選擇生熟程度,二來為牛扒保溫,食到最後仍然暖暖的。 肉眼扒薄切大塊,油脂分佈平均,肉眼的肉味濃郁,肥瘦比例剛好,不會食到過韌或太鞋身。選了蒜蓉為調味,牛扒下有栗米粒,整體已經十分夠味,如果想更加濃烈,另外可以自己加入枱面的岩鹽和黑椒,又或者以餐廳秘製的燒汁,這個醬汁微酸,搭配牛

=跟套餐 (+$28)=
跟餐配的白飯和餐湯,份量足,而且跟牛扒很夾,可以去膩。餐湯是以牛骨烹煮的麵豉湯,味道濃郁又唔會太鹹,整體豐富飽足,果然是區內少見的人氣牛扒店!
