To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮州打冷菜,我最喜歡吃墨魚片與鵝片,想坐得舒適地食潮州菜,這晚我選擇來到百樂。話明吃潮州菜,我總不會點一些普普通通的小炒啦﹗吃就要吃最出名最好吃的,以下除了頭盤、湯、甜品外,全是百樂十佳菜菜式,回味無窮。皮蛋酸薑($68), 溏心皮蛋,配上薄薄酸辣爽脆薑片,沒有那臭蛋鹼水味,最經典配搭,簡單中顯不平凡。酸甜方魚海蜇, 有點像之前在某酒家吃的海中寶,酸酸甜甜的醬汁,浸著爽口海蜇,挺開胃的。潮式白烚凍花蟹, 約2斤,看到這個樣子,突然想起“橫行無忌“這詞。牠那大肥大肉厚的鉗,蟹肉蟹膏是何等的有份量,新鮮嫩滑。滷水鵝片拼豆腐,滷水汁的色澤清純,香味獨特;薄片滷水鵝片軟腍易咀嚼,保留著其肉汁味道,又有滷水的微鹹味道,縈繞於舌。潮陽炸雙棗, 蝦棗/圓 蟹棗/方 ,本以為蝦丸 (圓形那款) 蟹丸(方形那款) 無甚特別,原來兩者都各混入了馬蹄,除了彈牙爽口 (超彈),亦退減了油膩感。香煎蠔仔烙 , 以煎代替炸, 吃上口沒有那麼油膩感,蠔仔集中在中間圓圈位置,少許濕潤,更有口感,而蛋煎也沒有因而過火。胡椒咸菜豬肚湯($108),超讚的去寒暖胃湯,喜歡那清澈中也可帶有強勁胡椒味的辣,呷一口已非常暖身,

胡椒咸菜豬肚湯($108),超讚的去寒暖胃湯,喜歡那清澈中也可帶有強勁胡椒味的辣,呷一口已非常暖身, 不會因為辣而不喝,反而更想喝多幾口。咸菜和豬肚又可保持原狀,既美觀又有咬口。

反沙芋 ,第一次吃這個甜品,原來是在酥脆芋條外,包上一層薄薄的香脆糖衣,外脆內暖,甜度適中。糖衣始終是由砂糖製成,為免受溫差影響,建議上桌後有立刻食用。
