To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期三和爸爸慶祝生日,我和爸爸、弟弟和工人姐姐一行四人到元朗形點北京樓。我們坐近廚房位置,入眼盡是鴨,全部都係鴨!菜式如下:1. 賽螃蟹: 味道清淡,感覺普通。2. 葱爆牛肉配叉子燒餅: 惹味可口,叉子燒餅微暖,不錯。3. 北京烤鴨: 皮肉相稱,配青瓜、葱等配料好夾,一致認為好好食!4. 羊小腿:我們叫了四隻($50 一隻,兩隻起),我由於喉嚨痛不敢吃,爸爸、弟弟和工人姐姐都認為沒有羊味,只吃到鹹和辣,剩下一隻寧願不打包。5. 醉雞: 喜歡醉雞的酒味,不過仲然有雞脾和雞翼,肉質都偏硬,有點失望。6. 上湯菇菜苗: 怕炒菜多油,叫了上湯,清清地,菜苗又夠嫩,好快食晒。7. 蕃茄蛋刀削麪: 落單的時候,職員溫馨提示會有少少辣,問需否走辣,細心抵讚。我們叫了走辣版,蕃茄蛋開胃,刀削麪有咬口,不錯。8. 生煎包 (忘記影相): 工人姐姐唔食豬肉,我們每人兩個,大細適中,皮薄、汁多、肉嫩,值得推介!雖然已經很飽,但完美的一餐必需有甜品啊9. 碗豆黃: 有豆香,一致推介!10. 高力香蕉豆沙: 紅豆和香蕉份量適中,又不油膩,好味!由於不知道壽包要預訂,所以吃不到。不過環境舒適不嘈吵,職員服務有禮,

由於不知道壽包要預訂,所以吃不到。不過環境舒適不嘈吵,職員服務有禮,大家都吃得開心。我們走的時候八時多,門外還有人等位,所以就算是平日都最好訂枱。
