Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先嗰日係食情人節晚餐環境方面:個燈光依然係超級暗,都係bar咁,連個餐牌寫咩都睇唔太清食物方面:情人節套餐$888+1 先講龍蝦湯超級鹹,配喺個湯上面個麵包仲要唔脆,飲完湯之後飲咗成杯水個口都仲係好乾,之後個帶子薯仔,個帶子煎到好乾,個牛油果三文魚他他更加不知所謂,個牛油果硬度隻叉拮唔到落去,食落去好苦。去到主菜方面,個羊架合格,但係個A4日本西冷好多根,食落好一般。到最後個甜品又係好一般冇乜特色整體體驗差,剩係得個份量好大啲嘢又唔好食,唔知食咗啲咩,如果個價錢平一半都還好😅
