打去book 位時已經覺得餐廳員工好有禮貌🥰一去到餐廳 樓底高簡約設計同位置與位置之間空間充足,有種舒服嘅感覺佢嘅果茶係用果醬整架,自己煲左四個鐘好清香嘅菠蘿味 又唔會太甜 份量又多又足料😆另外一個係牛油果蜂蜜奶昔 唔算太濃味 同埋好靚呀隻色☺️但係我會覺得果茶正d 😆前菜叫左吞拿魚沙律超好食!芝麻好脆,唔係出面林晒果種,吞拿魚肉好鮮,配個醬汁好襯好好味,份量都算好足,略嫌個沙律菜鹹咗少少🤏其他嘢都好好❤️之後喺香煎比目魚佢用咗特別嘅方法去煎魚,所以個皮好脆之餘亦唔會老,魚肉好滑,啲魚油完全鎖得住但係又唔會覺得油膩 ,配響側邊嘅蕃茄仔亦都好醒胃然後就係我最鍾意嘅主菜,雨夜屠夫用咗美國prime 嘅牛 係好難得嘅封門柳🤤用咗slow cook 去煮,肉質可以保持滑亂,出面亦都好脆,完全係顛覆咗我對Cafe嘅睇法餐廳所有嘢都令人食得好舒服坐得好舒服,最緊要係有一個好老闆,希望佢繼續可以幫多啲香港嘅年輕人💛可惜冇胃口再食甜品,聽人講佢嘅焦糖燉蛋係最出名,希望下次有機會試😊😊
