To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友跟我說，這是全港十間有炭爐燒製燒味的餐廳之一。每次佢都念口黃咁數呀數，有邊十間。今日佢相約我們一班愛吃之人，星期六晚我們都轉登出來吃。.怎料6:30 已經沒有燒鵝、叉燒等等想吃之菜式。原來搞手無做功課，這家店子會很早賣完所有燒味的呢！.最後我們點了只剩下的乳豬。我們還是吃完這個，先去吃別的吧。.乳豬眼見到已經十分脆皮，爆得很漂亮。而且還是十分油潤。.豬肉充滿調料香，肥瘦相間，味濃而多汁。而那皮不負聚望，十分脆口！我會再再再來吃！.
