To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知大家會唔會覺得, 偷食燒肉個刻嘅燒肉係特別好食的. 呢個年代, 我諗已經好少後生仔會識黎呢D地方. 我細細個陣永合隆已經係非常出名. 每次可以食到佢地整嘅燒肉都會特別開心. 長大了, 我仍然十分喜歡永合隆的燒肉. 我試過堂食, 今次就外賣攞走. 感覺上, 外賣啲燒肉係多啲. 有時燒肉唔可以擺得太耐, 因為耐咗會唔好食. 今次個外賣買咗30分鐘先食, 不過啲燒肉都可以keep住咁好味. 肥瘦適中, 唔會過鹹, 不過啲蔥油就真係鹹咗啲, 但係用黎送飯就真係一流. 整體黎講都冇咩好挑剔, 外賣一盒$30, 堂食一碗$30, 一碟$35. 但始終係老子號的關係, 舖位就自然係舊式咗啲, 都唔會係好乾淨. 不過, 咁嘅環境都可以食出另一種味道. 對於宜家嘅後生仔, 佢地未必會明白呢個道理.
