To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 窩夫日前選了新開不久的十里洋場為從紐約回來的好友提早慶祝生日。十里洋場的裝修很有氣派。原來星期五晚上有現場音樂,歌手Michelle唱了多首鄧麗君、梅艷芳和蔡琴等的金曲,叫人聽出耳油。之前看過網上介紹蓑衣黃瓜($68),見到實物,不得不佩服廚師的刀工,賣相一流,味道亦非常好,青瓜很爽脆。黑松露脆皮上素鵝($98)炸得鬆脆,黑松露很香,卻又不會蓋過腐皮的豆香。茶皇煙燻三黃脆皮雞(半隻$268)上桌時用玻璃罩罩著,一打開已經傳來濃濃的煙燻香味,雞皮很脆,雞肉很嫩,壽星女很喜歡呢。紫薯浸菜苗($118)用紫薯墊底,上面放了用上湯煮的菜苗,健康美味的一道菜。脆煎灌湯小籠包一客($60)本來只得四件,可以另加一件($15),一行五人便一人嚐到一件,灌湯小籠包先蒸後煎,用鐵板上枱,口感和味道都比一般小籠包豐富,尤其是多了一份香脆的口感。蘿蔔絲鰂魚湯($138)一行五人都喝得津津有味,完全沒有腥味。朋友說煲完湯的鰂魚也很好吃。薺菜肉絲炒年糕($108)炒得不算太油膩。甜品時間,高力香芋雪糕(4件$80,另加一件$20)十分特別,餡料不是常見的豆沙香蕉,而是香芋雪糕糯米糍,新鮮感十足,值得一試。用餐當
