To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十點的腩肉宵夜米線

夜晚十點係沙田仲有咩宵夜選擇呢？企係雲桂香同譚仔中間，個心15 16，向左走定向右走好呢？最後選擇向左走，因為譚仔平時都食得多。對於有選擇困難症既我嚟講，要揀個餸係要花好多時間，幸好 menu 左上角有個大大既腩肉小鍋米線圖，唔洗諗即嗌。雖然同譚仔大家都係賣米線，但食落完全唔同。感覺上雲桂香多啲配料，腩肉又多，我本身也偏好吃酸辣湯底，佢個湯真係幾辣，但辣得好過癮，可惜變咗孖潤腸嘴，俾男朋友取笑！過份呀！
