Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

你們知道千両有多重?一斤等於十六両,千両有六十二斤,用這名字作店舖名稱,真是份量十足。剛剛從泰國旅遊回港,之前在泰國當然吃了不小泰菜,今天仍然是假期中,會到旺角逛街和搵食,先吃過午餐後再逛街;經過這食店看到門口的午市定食被它吸引着,所以轉一下口味吃日本菜。門口以木條裝修為主,櫃台和一幅牆都用木堆砌而成,入口更掛上了一幅印上紅色圖案的掛幅,充滿了日本風。店内左邊一列和裡面都是卡位,右邊一列是吧枱,還有迴轉壽司,我們選擇了近門口的卡位。餐牌以金色、米黃色、啡色格仔相間,感覺高貴。餐具則以簡潔白色為主。午餐一共有六款,價錢由$78-$138,食物包括壽司、天婦羅、前菜、烏冬、麵豉湯等等,另一款餐牌有串燒、炸物類、燒物類、壽司等等的小食。我們選擇了万両定食、特上便當、吉列火腿卷(忌廉和咖哩味)。點菜不到5分鐘,特上便當已奉上,速度相當快。特上便當($138):食物包括什錦天婦羅、刺身三點、燒鯖魚、吉列牛肉薯餅、炙燒海鰻飯、關東煑、麵豉湯。先喝麵豉湯,味道不算太鹹,比一般食店的麵豉湯略為淡,比較適合健康一族。什錦天婦羅有炸蝦、炸南瓜、炸番薯,蝦肉鮮甜,南瓜粉甜,番薯粉腍,但粉漿略厚和比較硬。刺身

先喝麵豉湯,味道不算太鹹,比一般食店的麵豉湯略為淡,比較適合健康一族。

什錦天婦羅有炸蝦、炸南瓜、炸番薯,蝦肉鮮甜,南瓜粉甜,番薯粉腍,但粉漿略厚和比較硬。

刺身三點有甜蝦、三文魚、吞拿魚各兩片,甜蝦味道鮮甜,三文魚不夠肥美。

燒鯖魚外皮香脆,肉質鮮甜,加點檸檬汁可去腥味。

吉列牛肉薯餅,牛肉碎和薯仔搞成蓉,質感軟滑,但粉漿也是厚和硬,不用蘸點醬汁都夠鹹。

炙燒海鳗飯,海鰻炙得外皮香脆,魚質鮮甜嫩滑,加些醬汁伴飯一起吃特別惹味。

關東煑: 有魚旦、蘿蔔,魚旦爽口彈牙,蘿蔔鮮甜,但湯底略為清淡。

壽司拼盤: 一共有九款壽司,魚的肉質尚可,但鮮味一般。

吃完壽司之後,最後一碟吉列火腿卷也送上了,可能之前那兩個定食份量亦頗大,所以已有點兒飽肚,但為了不浪費食物,都會把它吃掉。

吉列火腿卷(忌廉和咖哩味)$58: 忌廉和咖哩部分軟滑,配與火腿的鹹味不用點醬汁都夠味,但粉醬同樣是比較硬。
