今晚又趁6點食店收工前食個早晚飯先返歸。漫無目的喺銅鑼灣,最後又黎到希慎嘅千両,5點幾先入座唔洗等。假日午市餐目有8款餐,價錢貴過之前喺另一分店食嘅平日午餐唔少。先黎兩個午餐填飽肚先。炙燒海鮮丼定食 $178 另加一炙燒海鮮丼定食嘅海鮮有炙燒穴子兩塊,炙燒三文魚兩件,炙燒左口魚裙邊兩件,炙燒拖羅一片,炙燒車海老一大隻,炙燒帶子一大隻,印左淡淡嘅千両兩隻字嘅甜蛋一件,同三文魚籽,仲配有酸薑片同日式芥末。海鮮質素唔錯,幾厚身,感覺夠多肉食。下底嘅飯有少少炙燒海鮮嘅味道,飯量唔少。呢個價錢都可以。跟餐前菜係迷你沙律菜加車厘茄,粟米,用左黑醋調味。跟餐麵豉湯好唔錯,除左豆腐粒同海帶,仲有少見嘅菇仔。味道濃淡適中,唔會太鹹。跟餐甜品係兩粒好有嚼勁嘅白玉丸子伴紅豆蓉,一齊食好味道,質素不錯。松葉蟹肉飯配特選刺身牛肉烏冬定食 $178 另加一主角松葉蟹肉飯用個木製井字盤上枱。蟹殼上面有飯,少量蟹肉,蛋絲同三文魚籽。伴有兩隻剝殼蟹鉗。刺身三點係一大隻連頭牡丹蝦,半隻帶子同兩片三文魚。牡丹蝦好新鮮,其他就正常。熱牛肉烏冬有兩三片肥牛左右,烏冬幼身算彈牙,個湯就好麻麻。呢個餐都有跟前菜同甜品。職人壽司3點

職人壽司3點盛分別係下底右起墨魚卷加海膽,白身魚加魚肝,同燒牛肉海膽加日式芥末。首先海膽係冇鮮味,失望,同早幾日嘅omakase質素真係完全冇得比。墨魚就非常爽滑。燒牛肉都好嫩。其他就普通,失望。

雪糕最中餅其實係糯米粉整嘅脆薄餅殼,包住一個雪糕球。雪糕口味可以揀左黑芝麻。餅殼真係好脆,仲有陣燒餅嘅香味。黑芝麻雪糕好正,又滑又香濃。

今餐食物有好有唔好,真係要撞手神。
