To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炙燒海鮮丼算抵,有帶子兩大隻,蝦一大隻,吞拿魚一片,三文魚兩片,左口魚裙邊兩片,海鰻兩片,同玉子,仲加左少少三文魚籽。我特別鍾意帶子同左口魚裙邊。帶子超大隻,啖啖肉。左口魚裙邊超爽口。火炙海鮮超香,啲油份滲哂入個飯,送飯一流。個醋飯夠酸又夠濕,好味道。

朱古力軟餅即係brownie,上面球雪糕可以揀口味,我哋揀左芝麻味。Brownie好似有少少暖暖哋,外皮微脆,乾乾哋身。上面球雪糕已經溶溶哋,再加上朱古力醬,成份甜品食落唔算太甜,都唔錯。

千両價錢唔平,但係質素一向有相當保證,唔會太差。今餐比個笑臉。
