一路同朋友想食好耐,訂咗兩個月,終於食到,揀咗平日嘅夜晚第二輪。佢準時8:15先會俾你入去,所以黎食嘅人準時到就可以,早到已經見到好多人喺門口等緊。一早睇過食評話佢嘅小食好好食,芝麻合桃冇得輸,但係得幾粒實在唔夠分,隔離醃製酸酸味味,正適合開胃等待。📌花旗參紅棗烏雞湯 $208餐牌上面應該唔同嘅湯,但係當晚都只會有一個建議先詢問侍應,湯渣煲到林晒,我哋六個朋友去食啱啱好分到一人一碗,湯好有家嘅感覺,好清不油膩,花旗參味一開始飲落去比較重,唔鍾意嘅人可能要注意一下,多人嘅話需要再預份量。📍芋蓉香酥鴨 八件 $288要食依個幾多需要預訂,香酥炸得好脆,唔油膩嘅感覺,芋蓉係creamer 偏向,底層嘅鴨應該係炸過嘅,仲有一個鮮味嘅芡汁配合,係傳統嘅手工菜之一。📍勾魂叉燒 $188身為米芝蓮嘅叉燒,待應塗嘅醬汁係叉燒加陳皮醬,佢會幫你將汁塗係叉燒嘅表面,再用火槍幫你稍稍燒熱,令到叉燒嘅面可以黏上咪同一齊食,一般一份叉燒五分上,好似我哋個六人記得問侍應這鉸剪切開,醬汁陳皮味較重,要視乎個人口味,佢係超厚身嘅叉燒,肉質咁好重,配合米通一齊食會多咗口感。📍蝦頭膏炒飯 $188識得出蝦都爽口,炒飯到粒

兩個飯有截然不同嘅感覺,我哋正值冬天時候去,飯嘅薑味同荷葉味好友暖胃嘅感覺,依個飯偏濕身但都仲會食到清楚嘅飯,侍應哥哥仲好貼心叫我哋相機食先,廚師已經好細心幫你將吓仆開,佢亦有附上蟹鉗方便大家擦蟹肉,佢仲會建議你配合埋勾魂叉燒嘅米通一齊食,口感會更加特別,推薦大家都試吓!

📍腐竹薏米白果糖水
萬眾期待嘅時間,腐竹已熔在糖水中,仲會飲到冰糖加埋嘅清甜,非常滋潤,白果當然冇苦亦都已煲林,配合薏米有口感好喜歡!
