Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因有coupon關係所以在中午時段選擇了鴨大哥我哋1點半落單,過了20分鐘都仲未有野食,在問職員原來冇落到單。呢個都算人誰無錯在過程中,我舉手呼叫侍應,職員在我旁邊行過都可以選擇性無視。要大聲叫幾聲才得到回應。可能佢哋真係見唔啦最嬲同嘔心嘅係叫左半份片皮鴨,我拎左第一塊餅皮食完時,我屋企人發現一籠得三塊皮。當向職員反映時,佢話:可能唔記得放返我當時食食下都o哂咀,之後越諗越唔對路,會唔會人哋食剩低再攞返出嚟?之後問返個職員話師傅放漏左 但無理由呀 佢重新比嗰籠有十幾張 會淨係放3張?再埋單時,職員收了我哋食淨嘅皮,我再向廚房方向望個侍應點處理啲皮,原本企係廚房門口嘅另外兩個侍應見到我望住,兩個侍應即刻沖入廚房。我唔知係怕我見到定提醒返個侍應有人望住?個職員有話送返甜品作補償,但我哋都不了。怕左呢間野。當時想作嘔添。我都做開飲食業,都知有啲黑暗面。但依家咁嘅時勢,同埋啲皮又唔貴何必要咁做。真心以後都唔會去。😡😡😡
