To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 單價$33，也可以加錢配上蘋果綠茶、羅宋湯和蒜蓉包，全套$39。繼中菜後，Pasta成為連鎖快餐店的另一個戰場，當兩間對手，也推出一些較高檔的相關食品時，作為港式連鎖快餐的龍頭，自然不甘落後，一口氣推出三款的歐陸系列。賣相當然沒廣告宣傳品那麼美觀，相的片十分高挺，這實物則扁扁的，不過勝在熱燙，上面打了一個淡淡的白汁，味道倒比想像中為佳，闊麵三層，上面有香草和芝士焗過的痕跡，也吃著咬口的感覺，夾心的肉醬也不少，配上白汁來伴吃，作為肉醬和芝士的愛好者，這嘉菲貓，絕對造得過。綠茶和紅湯是大路的水平，不加詳說，至於那蒜蓉包，嫌烘得不夠香，但如配上同場的蕃茄醬同吃，尚算是一道不錯的小吃。這一次整體來說不差，但廣告熱賣的冰活藍貝意粉，知道以這樣的價錢，是很難弄得上美味的水平，信心不太。以後去連鎖快餐，也不是只得焗肉醬意粉作選擇了。
