To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與朋友到了大埔大尾篤好出名的忠誠泰菜食晚餐今次平日時間來所以不用等位 直接入座對上一次來已經是一年多前了今次抱著好高期望來食，因為之前食過很多次也很好食今次每樣菜色的份量都算多，好合理但味道就比較失色了一點泰式烏頭變了生魚，配上泰式煮法真的有點奇怪，九唔搭八燒鰻魚和串燒也燒過火了，很硬最差的是燒牛肉，與之前食的完全不同了味道，牛肉很大陣臭味，肉不太新鮮吧，成檯朋友也接受不了而冬蔭公湯味道則不錯，但蝦肉就不太新鮮，是煤的其他食物的味道也很普通今次點了芒果特飲和椰子特飲，很後悔千萬不要再點，全杯也是糖漿來的，甜到不得了建議飲水/可樂是最好今次真的很失望，希望下次再來會有改善吧
