Restaurant: Choi Fook Delight Banquet

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炮台山飲茶的地方不多,今天來了才彩褔, 下午飲茶又廷多人需要等位一陣子才有位入。見到他有一張得獎點心紙,在其中選擇了他的流心奶黃包,另外叫了一些普通點心,包括燒賣,棉花雞及一個比較特別的黑松露小籠包。另外看到他說自己的叉燒是金獎,雖然不知道是什麼的金獎,但也決定一試叫了一個叉燒飯。流心奶黃包非常之流心,而且有很香的蛋黃味,正。棉花雞只是20多元,下面有三塊綿花魚肚及兩件大雞件及有一些冬菇,非常抵食。相對地看似特別的黑松露小籠包便有點失色了,肉汁不太香及肉比硬,而且也沒有黑松露的味道。金獎叉燒飯的叉燒也真是金獎,肉質軟綿而且有豬肉味,不是一般燒味鋪的叉燒。最後我們還叫了一個燕窩蛋白燉椰皇,做價只是45蚊,很飽很豐富的一餐。
